If your congregation has an Executive Director on staff, that person is your best (and most easily accessible) resource for all matters pertaining to synagogue management, especially given that they know your congregation and its culture, and that they have local resources to call upon. Also, if your congregation is affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ), your distict KRM likewise is a superb resource and can provide much needed guidance or a pertinent referral, as well.
