Yedid, The NAASE Mentoring Initiative, is designed to offer assistance in identifying and strengthening professional skills, resources and methodology. The well-planned match of a mentor and a mentee assures that both benefit from the relationship, and that a mutually satisfying experience is shared by both. Mentees need not be new to the field of synagogue administration, nor is the mentor expected to be an expert in all matters of synagogue management.
