The North American Association Of Synagogue Executives

Fellow In
Synagogue
Administration

In part, the official statement of objectives and procedures for the Fellow In Synagogue Administration (FSA) program, reads . . .

To give synagogue executives an opportunity to strengthen their image, status, and effectiveness by focusing on knowledge of the profession, and allowing each person to make a contribution to Conservative Judaism through experience, study, performance and examination. . . . We recognize that competence in the field can be aided through study and continued education.

This is an area accessible by NAASE members only

NAASE is indeed proud of the Executive Directors who have committed themselves to professional competence and on-going professional growth, and we salute the current holders of FSA certification listed below. The listing is never complete though, as additional Executive Directors enter and complete the process of certification. We extend a yasher koach to each of the recipients and to all the current participants engaged in the certification process. We invite all members to inquire about the program and to join with us in this most worthwhile process.

We encourage all NAASE holders of FSA certification to explore the option of qualifying for an Amin Tzibur commission. This is an exciting new program and we we would be delighted to assist you in preparing for it. If you are still working towards your FSA, we welcome your questions about Amin Tzibur as well.
